Left something on board? We're happy to help. As a rule, lost items are returned by cash-on-delivery courier (you pay the delivery charge on receipt).

How to enquire

  • Call our call centre during opening hours, or
  • Use the chat window at the bottom-right of the screen.

Please have ready: the date and service you rode, your boarding / drop-off stops, and a description of the item.
